Harry Leadsom

Harry Leadsom is Head of Transaction Management, Loan Agency, with experience across international banking and independent loan agency platforms. He specialises in syndicated lending, private credit and complex financing transactions, acting across Facility Agent, Security Agent, Information Agent and Calculation Agent mandates.

Before joining Centralis, Harry worked at DNB, managing the execution and administration of syndicated and bilateral facilities for multinational corporate clients. He previously spent three years at GLAS, where he managed a diverse portfolio of performing, stressed and special-situations transactions.

His experience includes restructurings, debt-for-equity swaps, enforcements, asset-backed facilities, NAV facilities and margin loans. He also led the transition of a 900-deal portfolio from LIBOR to risk-free rates and has developed AI-led solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction management.

Harry holds a master’s degree in Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham. He has also completed CFA Level I and previously served on the LMA Junior Working Group Committee.
